What Is PTSD?

  • Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) – a structured, research-backed method to gradually reduce fear and avoidance
  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) – to help the brain reprocess traumatic memories in a less distressing way 
  • Grounding, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation tools – to build emotional safety and resilience
